Job overview

Ensures that receivables are monitored and collected on time. Processes and reviews the validity, accuracy, timeliness and completeness of billings. Validates payments made by customers, and any variances between billing and collection are resolved on the agreed timeline. Executes administrative functions in support of the Department and ensures it is implemented and monitored according to the existing policy and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Computer Literate
• Knowledge of MS Office
• Preferably with knowledge of Oracle System
• Average Communication Skills, both oral and written
• Good Records Management
• Good Analytical Skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects
• Team player and supports teamwork

Qualifications

• Graduate of any business course, preferably an Accounting Major
• Fresh graduate or with a minimum of 6 months’ work-related experience
• Preferably with knowledge in Shipping/Logistics business
