Your role & responsibilities

• To be responsible for gathering, recording, updating, and maintaining the asset database
• To ensure the accuracy and completeness of information
• Coordinates with Finance – General Accounting/Record to Report Team and assigned business unit operation teams to ensure record reconciliation.
• To handle business unit-specific projects and continuous improvement tasks in relation to asset management.

About you

• Fresh graduate
• Bachelor’s degree – Engineering preferably Industrial Engineering or Engineering Management graduate
• With a minimum of 6 months of work-related experience
• Engineering Tools such as quality control; industrial engineering tools; problem-solving
• Offices, warehouses, container yards, vessel onboard and branch visits

Skills and Competencies Requirements

• Knowledge of MS Office
• Knowledge in Project Management
• Excellent Communication (Oral and written) skills
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing accurate and high-quality work
• Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team
• Ability to analyze, coordinate, and manage multiple projects/tasks and concepts.
• Able to work in simultaneous projects and on tight deadlines
• Can do cross-functional support with Network Optimization (Property Management) and Facilities Management teams respectively
