Read moreAboitizPower is looking for an Outage Readiness Intern. In this role, the intern will be able to learn about outage management process in power plants and how we implement it in our sites.
Below are the responsibilities of the intern:
- Data analysis of past outage performance and provide insight on what should be considered for future outages
- Look at outage performance metrics and check if there are new metrics we need to consider
- Create a dashboard using data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI, Excel, Looker) where we can readily see data on outage performance and metrics
We are looking for someone who:
- Is interested in the power industry
- Is good with data
- Can communicate well, both verbal and written
- Can navigate Excel and other MS Office applications
- Preferably knows their way around Power BI
- Can report to the BGC office from time to time
