Breakfast and preparing for work. Today, we will be having an on-site event; a new movie announcement by Star Cinema, in collaboration with GMA Pictures. Kailangan magpalakas ng energy sa mga ganap today, so nag-breakfast muna ako. This morning, I only ordered boneless wings online to save up time cooking.

9.00 AM

Travel to office. On my way to work at ELJ Communications Center, ABS-CBN. I always use ride-hailing apps when I go to work for convenience. I can go to the office in less than 30 minutes riding the motorcycle than commuting via MRT. Same lang ng gastos, pero hindi nakaka-haggard.

9.50 AM

Prep. & Log-in for Work. I freshened up and did my makeup rituals after I arrived at the office. Syempre, kailangan presentable kapag na-meet ang cast and producers of the movie, and also the big bosses who are attending today’s event. At 10 AM, I logged in to our online portal for attendance.

10.00 AM

Preparing materials for today’s event. I am tasked with the program flow of the new movie announcement. Here is me following up with my teammates for the confirmed guests and finalizing details on the script.

11.00 AM

Visit setup. We went to the venue of the event to check the technical specifications. Aside from the program, I am also producing the creative assets for the event, including the movie key art, LED background, and other assets for the live stream.

12.00 NN - 1.00 PM

Lunch break with my teammates. We had packed meals from the Event staff.

1.00 PM - 2.00 PM

Producing creative assets for the event. I am with my AdProm head, Sir Mico Del Rosario. We are checking the live stream feed during our tech rehearsal to see if the creative assets are in the right proportions with the set-up. 

3.00 PM

Technical Run. At my designated location for later as we rehearse the whole program.

4.00 PM

Revising materials for the event. Rehearsal is finished. I adjusted some details in the creative assets for the LED and live stream. We also had a quick huddle with our head for final reminders.

6.00 PM

Event Proper. We started the event on time. Here is my POV while working. I am also in charge of the real-time updates on Star Cinema’s social media platforms, including live-tweeting and uploading the official key art of the movie.

7.10 PM

Wrap. The event has just finished. Here is the photo of the ABS-CBN Films Promo Team with the cast of “Hello, Love, Again,” Kathryn Bernardo and Alden Richards.

7:20 PM

Dinner with my teammates. Our meal tonight is from the event buffet setup.

8.30 PM

Travel back to home. And that is how my day went during the announcement of “Hello, Love, Again.”
