Job Overview

Sales Development Associates are responsible for producing and qualifying new sales opportunities to calendar schedules and appointments for the Account Executives. 

Responsibilities

• Produce qualified leads from outbound, proactive, cold calling to generate new sales opportunities for the Account Executives.
• Leveling up your competencies & expertise in everything lead generation related.
• Map and engage prospective accounts around organizational structure, people, and existing technology.
• Work closely with the Account Executives to ensure our pipeline is maintained and optimized.
• Update CRM with relevant information and notes for our Account Executives to close with.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a Four (4)- year course, preferably business courses
• Compassionate and competitive nature
• Excellent communication skills
• High tolerance for rejection
• Charisma and charm
• Bold and confident
