Support LO Development team from both Sintex & YTI on specific tasks in Flex and other tasks such as Sample checking especially in the production area for WIP & quality, workshop walkthrough, Debit notes, etc.
Work cross functionally with other LO functions - materials, production, costing and technical services teams etc. to assist MR teams from both Sintex & YTI with on time buy ready/commercialization performance.
Support on admin functions and other clerical assignments if & when required.
Key Responsibilities
Participate in LO DD audits with assign task such as system checking, sample checking.
Support in measurement of sample on proto evaluation and system checking in Flex.
System related updates in Flex, e.g LT updates, LOMR name updates, checking of comments, etc
Validation of FOBs on DN’s before LOMR final approval.
Support LOMR from both Sintex & YTI on TP, AD, BOM downloads on external transfer styles.
Support LOMR from both Sintex & YTI in Production Walkthrough and finalizing CAP and report for the milestone
Special Project
Create and manage a KPI share drive for all cross functional team with auto generated charts updated weekly.
Publish & share results with SO teams.
Gather & present results from both Sintex & YTI to Leadership Team during visits and during bi weekly internal meetings with suppliers.
Key Objectives
Develop creativity, collaboration and confidence skills to be better prepared for full time working environment.
To learn and understand the role of a LO MR through performing related job tasks, hands on interaction and daily involvement with internal & external teams.
Key Relationships
Direct collaboration with T1, LO TS/PMT especially during measurement and quality checking and direct relationship with LO MR’s teams.
Collaboration with cross functional teams within the LO and external T1 MR teams.

English, Filipino
Basic computer skills in excel, word, power-point, attention to detail. Basic garment quality & measurement measuring knowledge
Student must be enrolled at the university for the complete duration of the internship (Graduate is not eligible for the internship program)
Duration of internship: 6 months
