Job Description
- Ensures and is responsible for the timely, accurate, and efficient filing, and sorting of all vouchers paid by The Treasury Department.
- Responsible to store all paperwork in designated places and securing important documents.
- Responsible to enter all vouchers paid into the electronic system by using optical scanners.
- Deal with all requests to access files and keep logs of borrowed papers.
- Responsible to inform all suppliers/clients thru email/phone regarding payment to them.
- Develop an efficient filing system to make updating and retrieving files easier.
- To do bank transactions from time to time.
- Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time by the Immediate Superior.
