The HR OJT (On-the-Job Trainee) will assist the HR Department, particularly in recruitment & engagement-related concerns with the approval and supervision of the HR Supervisor.
Qualifications
- Graduating students of Bachelor's/College Degree in Psychology, HRD or equivalent.
- Hardworking and willing to be trained
- Can render at least 500 or more internship hours
- Amenable to work from 3 PM-9 PM Mondays-Fridays
- Can work onsite
- Memorandum of Agreement from the school
- Endorsement letter from the school
- Current Study Load
- Parent's Consent/Waiver
