Your role

The Industrial Engineer Intern is responsible for assisting Industrial Engineers in developing and providing standards to measure equipment/ factory capacity and performance, including regular validation and analysis against actuals. He/ She will be involved in identifying and providing solutions to equipment and process flow bottlenecks, defining and improving man-machine ratios to optimize labor resources, and standardizing processes across factories.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist IEs in standardizing processes related to Resource Planning (OEE, UPH, MMR, etc.) across factories.
  • Assist IEs in space layout validation.
  • Validating UPH discrepancies to ensure correct Capacity and Efficiency numbers.

About you

  • 4th-year student in BS Industrial Engineering course or equivalent
  • Full-time; minimum of 600 hrs.
