Your role

The DevOps Engineers intern will assist in the support, releases, maintenance, and documentation of the Service Bench Applications. Coverage of DevOps Engineers Manila's basic KTBR & project assistance.

Key responsibilities:

• Interns will support the alert management & monitoring.
• Provide basic troubleshooting & triaging. There have been projects & application onboarding for the DevOps Engineers critical to the building of the SMEs in Manila.
• Prioritize initiatives and projects and transform manual and basic tasks to automated ones.
• Other duties as assigned.

Training & development

The intern will undergo extensive training to become a tech expert and learn about the software development life cycle, methodologies, and quality assurance processes. You will also have the chance to work with cutting-edge technologies like machine learning and artificial intelligence.

About you

Preferred skills:

• Experience with version control system (Github).
• Familiarity with AWS.  
• Experience with programming/scripting languages such as Java, JavaScript, Bash, and/or Shell on Linux. 
• Ability to operate seamlessly within a fast-paced Agile work environment.
• Ability to identify, own, and solve problems independently and as part of a team.
• Strong independent worker.
• Great written and oral communication skills
• Keen attention to detail.
