Working Hours at Bank of Commerce

As Ive said Im in Digital Services Group we are open 24/7 even holidays. Our team make sure we deliver service as needed.

We have rotational schedule 8am - 5pm and 10am-7pm. I can extend my at work when needed.

Since I'm working at remittance department, we're required to render overtime.

You may work at anytime of the day as long as it is 8 hours (ie only applicable during the pandemic).

I'm flexible about the given time to do the task.

Sometimes especially on audit season we stay longer on the bank premises. It is understood to stay a little bit sometimes because all documents are confidential.

The work hours is the usual 9-5 and we always make sure to finish the given task to maximize the time and lessen OT

8 hours of working & has a 1 hour break for each employee

When it is in normal days, we usually done around 6 to 7pm but because of the pandemic our office has a shorten hour to help the employees to get home early.

Normal working hours sometimes we need to work overtime.

No problem with flexible hours. Problem is that we need a certain quota before we can file for an OT. Means that if there's a sytem error or an application that is not working, we are still required to finish the work even though it is past our working hours. No OT filed due to quota.

On my work, we often encounter over time due to bulk of transactions we need to check. The good thing is the company pays for that.

The standard work hours is 8. Yes, They are flexible in terms of time in and out, you just have to justify why.

When we're done and balance. we can go.

I found out that the company is so kind with its employee during this pandemic. They let us to go home early.

I have time to finished my work in time and have a time also for my family after office hours.
