Your role

Belo Essentials is seeking motivated students to fill the role of Product Development Intern in Makati, Philippines.

Key responsibilities of the role include:

• Assisting in formulating and testing skincare products
• Conducting research on ingredients, formulations, and the latest industry trends
• Supporting the setup and execution of laboratory experiments and product stability tests
• Documenting and analyzing data from product trials, providing clear and detailed reports
• Helping maintains a clean and organized lab environment, following all safety guidelines

About you

To be considered, applicants must possess these qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Cosmetic Science, or a related field
• Basic knowledge of chemistry principles and laboratory practices
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Able to work both independently and as part of a team
• Enthusiasm for skincare and cosmetics, with a genuine interest in product innovation
• Preference will be given to students who are applying as part of their school internship requirement
