Your role

As a Recruitment Intern, you have the following responsibilities:

• Assist in sourcing potential candidates through various channels, such as job boards, social media, and databases.
• Review resumes and applications to identify candidates who meet the basic requirements of the position.
• Reach out to candidates to schedule interviews, provide basic information about the company and the role, and answer initial inquiries.
• Shortlist the candidates and coordinate interview schedules with the Recruitment Specialist, ensuring that candidates and the Client Account Advisor are well-informed about the details.
• Maintain accurate and organized candidate records in the company's recruitment database or software.
• Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Respond to candidate inquiries and provide timely updates on their application status.
• Work closely with the Recruitment Specialist, Hiring Managers, and other team members to ensure a seamless recruitment experience.

About you

To apply, you must have the following qualifications/requirements:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Office.
• Basic understanding of recruitment processes and practices.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Professional and friendly demeanor when communicating with candidates and team members.
