• We help develop world-class products with Research and Development Teams of Filipino manufacturers, and supply bulk ingredients such as: Bakery emulsifiers, Sweeteners for beverage and confectionery, Personal Care Emulsifiers, Home Care Surfactants, Disinfectants and Sanitizers, & various innovative ingredients.
• Aside from ingredients, we distribute world-class laboratory equipment such as Water Activity Meters used in food safety, and Homogenizers used in food and beverage production.

Responsibilities:

1. Attends to customer inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly in accordance to established guidelines.
2. Handles sample requests, and records incoming and outgoing samples.  Maintains an accurate and organized sample inventory in compliance to established procedures. 
3. Prepares and matches terms found in Quotation to the Purchase Order.
4. Responsible for the completion of documentation and other requirements for the accreditation of BNC as supplier according to established procedures.
5. Ensures new customers submit a complete Customer Information Sheet (CIS) and updates it from time to time
6. Maintains an updated, complete, accurate and readily available customer database according to guidelines and procedures.
7. Responsible for the effective and efficient processing and monitoring of customer purchase orders in accordance to agreed procedures. 
8. Ensures customer complaints are responded to within reasonable time in coordination with other functions and in compliance to agreed rules and guidelines.
9. Maintains an updated, complete, and accurate records of incoming and outgoing promotional materials/products in compliance to agreed procedures.
10. Performs other tasks that maybe assigned from time to time.

Salary:

• PHP18,000-22,000/monthly
