Job Description

• Accommodate inquiries of Brokers and Agents regarding BDC Unit Inventories.
• Process site reservations and provide assistance to agents and buyers in their reservation transactions.
• Check and evaluate all documentation requirements as well as the buyer’s capacity to pay.
• Conduct reservation briefing and assist in the signing of reservation documents.
• Collect reservation payments and issue the official receipt.
• Transmit complete reservation folders with attached checklists in a timely manner.
• Report the total daily reservation and any untoward site incidents involving buyers, agents, and site personnel.
• Monitor 5S within marketing vicinity and coordinate concerns to site engineer.
• Ensure that the new reservation guidelines issued by the Sales and Marketing Department are being followed accordingly.

Minimum Qualifications

• Must be at least College graduate.
• Possess good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Possess good customer service skills.
• The candidate must be a team player and has initiative.
• Willing to report on project sites.
