Your role

• Offers premium service in your daily contact with automobile customers. Handles eCall (emergency calls).
• Correspondence with Public Safety.
• Answering Points (emergency control center).

About you

• Confident, competent, and customer-oriented behavior, intercultural competence, and stress resistance in emergencies.
• Minimum 6 months of experience specializing in customer service and Geographical knowledge.
• Fluent communication skills (verbal and written) in Business English.
• Amenable to work in shifting/rotation schedule and working on-site.
• Can start immediately.
