Your responsibilities

• Assist customer service team in implementing plans and programs
• Encode, consolidate, and monitor customer claims
• Coordinate with Sales Representatives and other departments to provide and obtain information

• Must be detail-oriented, flexible, and willing to learn
• Knowledgeable in Microsoft Applications
• Excellent communication skills
• Willing to work onsite
• Can render at least 500 hours
• Can start as soon as possible
