Your role

The Agency Banking Bancassurance Sales Executive (ABBSE) is responsible for offering product solutions to the financial needs of BPI and non-BPI customers from Agency Banking Partner Merchants customers to ensure the achievement of individual and company targets and KPIs.

  • Partner with Agency Banking Sales Officers, and Agency Banking Sales Associates at their field work for their cross-selling of life and health insurance. This includes but is not limited to company and public caravans, and client calls.
  • While not deployed on the field, ABBSEs are to perform joint callouts with their partner Agency Banking SOs, SAs to uncontacted leads, and other lead sources the company may assign.
  • Actively promote BPI AIA products with assigned Partner Merchants to collect leads and referrals.
  • Promote and maintain the reputation of BPI AIA as well as both BPI and AIA PH.
  • Solicit new business, cross-sell and up-sell identified BPI-AIA’s products from the Partner Merchants customer base.
  • Establish and maintain professional relationships with the Agency Banking SOs, SAs, as well as the employees of Partner Merchants they will be working with or assigned to for the purposes of generating agency banking leads and agency banking business. Their span of professionalism should expand to the entire BPI AIA team, as well as to AIA PH and BPI.
  • Perform customer service and business conservation activities for their respective leads.
  • Act as a liaison between the customer and our back office for policy servicing and claims.
  • Submit required reports on time.
  • Provide field intelligence on products, marketing campaigns, competitors, and the bank partner that will affect agency banking business.
  • Report and meet weekly with the Agency Banking Activation Head for production updates marketing campaigns and other related matters.
  • Perform other tasks as may be required by immediate superior for the purposes of company business.
