Your role

The Bancassurance Sales Executive is responsible for offering product solutions to the financial needs of BPI customers to ensure the achievement of individual and company targets and KPIs.

• Promote and maintain the reputation of both BPI and AIA PH  
• Solicit new business, cross-sell and up-sell identified BPI-AIA products to the bank’s customer base
• Establish, maintain, and grow relationships with the bank officers and staff in the branch/es they are assigned to for the purposes of generating bancassurance leads and bancassurance business
• Establish, maintain, and grow relationships with prospective and existing clientele; Perform customer service and business conservation activities
• Act as a liaison between the customer and back office for policy servicing and claims
• Submit required reports on time
• Provide timely field intelligence on products, marketing campaigns, competitors, and the bank partner that will affect the bancassurance business
• Report and meet weekly with the Bancassurance Area Manager, Branch Manager/s, and Relationship Manager/s for production updates marketing campaigns, and other related matters.
• Perform other tasks as may be required by immediate superior for the purposes of the bancassurance business
