Architect / Draftsman null

The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of experience in architectural drafting, proficiency in industry-standard software, and a strong understanding of architectural design principles.

Responsibilities:

• Produce accurate and detailed architectural drawings using software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or SketchUp.
• Collaborate with architects and engineers to understand design requirements and translate them into technical drawings.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and industry standards in all drawings.
• Review and revise drawings based on feedback and incorporate necessary changes.
• Create and maintain a library of design templates, standard details, and specifications.
• Coordinate with project teams to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality drawings on time.
• Assist in the preparation of construction documents and support the project management process.

Qualifications:

• 3 to 5 years of experience as an Architectural Draftsman, preferably in a professional architectural firm or construction company
• Proficiency in architectural drafting software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or SketchUp.
• Strong understanding of architectural design principles, building codes, and regulations.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce accurate drawings.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders.
• Knowledge of construction materials, methods, and techniques is a plus.
• Familiarity with 3D modeling and visualization software is desirable.
• A degree or diploma in Architecture, Drafting, or a related field is preferred.
