Your responsibilities

• Calling cold leads via provided dialer
• Set appointments for sales representatives
• Perform basic prospect qualification on the phone
• Update customer notes and record
• Meet the KPIs: Prequalifies leads, Lead status change in the CRM, Calls, Appointments, Sales

About you

• Strong verbal communication skills, ability to speak clearly on the phone with little or no accent
• Attention to detail
• Noise-canceling headset with microphone
• Preferred someone who used ZOHO before as a CRM but was not required
