    Job Overview

    We are a cryptocurrency exchange company currently looking for a Customer Service and Trade Management Agent to help answer customers and manage different scenarios in trading situations. This is a hybrid role of customer service, order management from start to finish (when a customer wishes to buy/sell to checking when their payment has arrived into our account and helping send them their coins), and a little bit of compliance and customer verifications).

    Responsibilities

    • Answering live incoming messages from customers and answering customer’s questions in a very professional and fast-paced manner
    • Managing trade requests from clients on a trading platform, including checking the order information, and based on the scenario, sending the customers different messages.
    • Carrying out document checks and sending them to verification teams
    • Answering customer information requests or other forms of information requests from the banks whom we work with.
    • Checking our ads to make sure that they are active and within certain limits/conditions, optimizing our ad prices as needed.
    • Helping with releasing or refunding trades/payments to/from customers.
    • Escalating any complex or suspicious queries to senior team members.
    • Conduct Quality assurance if required.
    • Ad Hoc responsibilities as required

    Qualifications

    • Work experience in crypto or tech is compulsory (OR a freshly graduated person with no experience but very smart, interested, and with a relevant degree, etc) 
    • Additional language skills besides English; Chinese or European languages such as German, Spanish, French, etc.
    • At least 2 years of experience either in blockchain/crypto-currencies or in global technology companies (like Google/Facebook/Airbnb/Uber etc.)
    • Ability to understand different customer situations and understand what the customer wants, and what you should do to help them get what they want in the fastest way possible.
    • Ability to work remotely with great performance
    • Self-motivator with great levels of independence
    • The ideal requirement is they have an additional language, however, good English is compulsory.
