Provided, that each employee is informed regularly by his/her supervisor of his/her performance evaluation. The merit promotion plan is in consonance with the rules of the Civil Service Commission. Career and personnel development plans include provisions on merit promotion, performance evaluation, in-service training grants, job rotation, suggestions and an incentive award system.

Work-life balance

Previous trainees described the workplace as productive with friendly colleagues. Most insiders believe that fresh grads can handle the workload contributing to a healthy work-life balance. The work schedule depends on the shifting schedule.
