Your role

As an FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods), Account Management Intern you will: 

• Assist in acquiring and incubating potential online merchants.
• Manage seller accounts, including tasks such as education, problem-solving, and updating campaign statuses.
• Communicate effectively with sellers to understand and address their needs.
• Support sellers during the onboarding process, providing education and troubleshooting.
• Handle other administrative tasks and troubleshooting duties.

• Good written and verbal communication skills in English
• Highly motivated to learn about social commerce, enthusiastic, and shows initiative -
• Strong analytical skills with good knowledge of Microsoft Office & Google Workspace tools
• Actively enrolled university student
