Your role

As an FMCG Category Intern, you are responsible for the following duties and responsibilities:

• Assisting the team in the process of acquisition and incubation of potential online merchants.
• Managing seller's accounts. Tasks include seller education, problem-solving, campaign status updates, and other operation-related tasks.
• Communicating with sellers to ensure that all of their needs are understood and addressed.
• Assisting the sellers during the onboarding process, tasks included educating the sellers, problem troubleshooting, and campaign status updates.
• Other admin-related work and troubleshooting.

Minimum Qualifications

• An outstanding appreciation for the accuracy of information and clean, perfect formatting.
• Highly motivated to learn about social commerce, enthusiastic, and shows initiative.
• Strong analytical skills with good knowledge of Microsoft Office & Google Workspace tools.

Preferred Qualifications

• Collaborative and open to changes and challenges.
• Previous internship experience is a plus but not mandatory.
