Your role & responsibilities

The Transportation and Logistics Coordinator will ensure compliance with environmental health and safety rules, regulations, and product safety requirements. In this role, you will proactively plan, organize, and oversee the work of a team in the receipt, storage, and movement of goods in the warehouse following established compliance and regulatory guidelines.

Key Accountabilities:

• Planned, organized, coordinated, and controlled warehouse operations and the work of the team.
• Planned, handled, and reviewed logistic operations to optimize resource use minimize costs of warehouse operations, and perform process audits.
• Act in conformity with defined procedures to resolve routine logistics issues and provide the best value for the customer and the carrier.
• Achieve the unit's key performance indicators and develop activities aimed at their improvement.
• Handle complex clerical, administrative, technical, or customer support issues under minimal supervision, while escalating only the most complex issues to appropriate staff.
• Other duties as assigned
