Carmudi is a leading financial services provider in the Philippines. We're looking for a Sales officer with refinance sales experience. If you have a strong sales management background, deep understanding of refinance, OR/CR Sangla (Collateral Loan), and the financing sector, we want to hear from you.

Position Overview:

As a Sales Officer, you will work closely with our Sales Manager to streamline and enhance the refinance process. Your role will involve building strong relationships with financiers, agents, and customers to ensure smooth transactions and exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Actively grow the business for the Used Cars refinance segment
• Act as a liaison between financiers, agents, and customers to facilitate refinance transactions.
• Develop and manage relationships with internal and external clients and customers
• Educate customers on refinance options and assist with application processes.
• Must meet the assigned monthly revenue targets
• Use contacts and network to achieve and meet targets of loan applications
• Assist in the development and execution of sales strategies.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a related role.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
• Basic knowledge of the refinance and financial services industry.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
