About Cebu Pacific Air

Cebu Pacific first took to the skies on March 8, 1996, flying from Manila to its hometown Cebu. It has since been committed to flying where Filipinos are – from its first international flight to Hong Kong in 2001 to its first low-cost long-haul flight to Dubai in 2013.

Your responsibilities

  • Maintain and update databases for fraud screening processes.
  • Perform validation of all transactions screened through the fraud tool.
  • Extract summary of deductions and settlement reports from payment gateways.
  • Perform validation of transactions billed by Partners.
  • Validation of deducted refunds and chargebacks.
  • Coordinate with internal and external Partners for any issues and clarifications.
  • Provide support to the department’s projects and other admin tasks.
  • Perform duties that may be assigned from time to time.

Training & development 

Cebu Pacific Air launched a training program for new pilots to secure requirements for its expanding fleet while broadening the pool of potential candidates by initially shouldering traditionally high tuition fees. Candidates will be carefully screened and will undergo a 56-week training program, after which they will become Cebu Pacific's first officers flying domestic and international routes.

About you

  • Graduate of any 4-Year related to Business Administration/Accountancy or equivalent.
  • Experience range is 0-1 year
  • Ability to present findings in a polished way.
  • Proficiency with statistics and dataset analytics (using SPSS, SAS, and Excel).
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, with an innovative approach to business planning.
  • Note: This position is for an Individual Contributor and will be based in Pasay City, Metro Manila but currently follows a hybrid workplace flexibility arrangement.
