Your role

The Customer Solutions Officer role (Service Analyst 1) in CBPS is an entry-level position servicing off-shore clients of Citi. The overall objective of this role is to provide world-class service excellence to Citi global clients by offering a remarkable phone and digital banking experience. 

  • Handle customer service-related concerns, including general inquiries, billing, disputes, credit, collections, retentions, mortgage, fraud, telesales, rewards inquiries, and fulfillment.
  • Ensure efficient and timely response to customer inbound and outbound telephone inquiries, maintaining compliance with departmental standards.
  • Identify and fulfill clients' necessities to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Training & development

Citibank has its own training and development strategy. Their training strategy consists of three core areas.

  1. On-the-job learning which takes 70% of the development program.
  2. Learning through the relationship of exposure to others takes 20% part of the program.
  3. Formal classroom training that takes 10% part.

On the other side, a formal classroom may only take 10% of the whole talent development program but it has a great effect on employee development. The key component of the talent development strategy in this bank is leading-edge training.

About you

  • Fresh Graduates without prior work experience
  • International BPO voice experience is a plus
  • College Graduate of any 4-year course
  • Undergraduates need to have 6 months of BPO international voice experience
  • Above average English communication skills and comfortable speaking with other nationalities
  • Amenable working on shifting schedule, holidays & weekends (fixed 5-day work week)
  • Amenable to working in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig
