Your responsibilities

  • Monitor, assess, analyze, and evaluate processes and data

Training & development

Citibank has its own training and development strategy. Their training strategy consists of three core areas.

  1. On-the-job learning which takes 70% of the development program.
  2. Learning through the relationship of exposure to others takes 20% part of the program.
  3. Formal classroom training that takes 10% part.
