Job Qualifications:

Must be a graduate of Bachelor’s in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Management Accounting, or any Accounting and Finance related courses

  • With or without work related experience
  • Good communication skills
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office tools
  • Client management
  • Attention to details and maintains confidentiality
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Passionate, committed, and eager to learn

Experience and Background Requirement:

  1. Related On-the-Job Training or Internship 
  2. With or without a year of relevant experience

Technical Skills Requirement:

  1. Basic Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
  2. Proficient in MS Excel
  3. Basic Knowledge of QuickBooks
  4. Basic Knowledge in preparing financial statements and tax preparation

Job Responsibility:

Accounting

  • Recording of financial transactions of various clients in different industries
  • BIR Compliances
  • Computation and Filling of Various Tax Forms
  • Preparation of VAT relief and alpha list files
  • Bookkeeping
  • Preparation of Financial Report/Financial Statement
  • Updating of book of accounts (General Journal, Ledger, Sales Book, Purchases Book, Disbursement Book, and Receipts Book)
  • Bank and Account Reconciliation
  • Payroll, Tax Annualization, and Preparation of Remittance Summary for Clients
  • SSS, HDMF, PHIC Compliances
  • Remittance of Mandatory Contributions (SSS, HDMF, PHIC)
  • Preparation of compliance reports (Statutory and Taxes)
  • Preparation of pay slips
  • Perform necessary bank transactions e.g. deposit, withdrawal, updating, payment
  • Preparation of Check Vouchers for clients
  • Matching and encoding of Invoices
  • Billing and Collection
  • Preparation and Submission of GIS for clients
  • Preparing Compliance Reports to PEZA and Other Regulatory Bodies
  • Other accounting, tax, and payroll support functions

Administrative

  • Field work and Client Visit (as necessary)
  • Safekeeping of files; Maintain softcopy and hardcopy in organize manner
  • Answer/Respond to client’s queries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Printing, photocopying, scanning, and reproduction of various documents
  • Filing and organizing of documents
  • Other administrative support functions
