Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Process and Service Management
- Execute service delivery (such as timekeeping, payroll, and benefits administration) in an efficient and effective manner
- Comply with quality and security requirements within the team by conducting initial verification, identifying and documenting issues, providing feedback, and documenting improvement.
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of processed data through initial data verification and schedule management.
- Comply with documentation and monitoring requirements such as but not limited to Transaction Folders and Action Reports.
- May be assigned as Master File Handler after passing the required certification exam.
- Update the client's master file and company information setup.
- Verify uploaded/encoded information prior to final verification.
2. Client Relationship Management
- Build rapport with internal and external clients through constant and effective communication on any service delivery-related matters.
- Strictly comply with internal and external Service Level Agreements (SLA)
3. Resource Management
- Support and recommend cost-saving measures to meet the financial objectives of the Company
4. Personal Leadership and Teamwork
- Take ownership of personal learning and development
- Ensure teamwork and discipline in the workplace
- Comply with internal control activities and adhere to related policies, procedures, and guidelines.
Specifications:
- Graduate of any business-related or IT-related course
- Basic to advance knowledge of MS Excel
- Basic to advance knowledge of SQL
- Knowledge of payroll and/or attendance computation is an advantage
- Keen on details

- Good communication skills
- Preferably resident of Pasig or Mandaluyong
