- Drafting works and as-built plans necessary for permit purposes
- Details connections and creates shop drawings
- Assist in plumbing design and drafting works.

- Design for structural/foundation and help to detail plumbing details for Project Manager
- Assist in producing Job Orders of CUBO units for warehouse production
- Assist in quality checking for outbound units
- Assist with Framing Design for custom CUBO
- Conduct site inspection as required for the project"
