Your roles

The Business and Process Excellence (BPE) Intern supports the administrative tasks for Business Process Excellence activities related to process Improvement and projects as well as operational excellence methods and standards while learning how these tasks are important in the entire process. 

Responsibilities:

  • Support the BPE team both in Finance & Accounting and Operations Support with administrative tasks.
  • Conducts Time and Motion Study, Gemba Walk, and FTE Revalidation Analysis.
  • Support in administrative tasks related to operational excellence methods and standards.
  • Creates process maps using BPMN in Signavio.
  • Support in logistics preparation including room reservations, room layout, meals and refreshments, distribution of training manuals, and equipment.
  • Support in other tasks assigned.

About you

Qualifications:

  • BS Industrial Engineering or Business Administration, or relevant field.
  • Basic Time and Motion Study, Process, and Project Management.
  • Basis/Intermediate knowledge and use of desktop applications – use of common office computer tools for efficient completion of tasks; including but not limited to data entry.
  • Use of graphic design or programming tools is a plus.
  • Basic data analysis and reporting.
  • Lean Six Sigma Trained (online or acquired knowledge in school).
