Responsibilities

  • Assist with day-to-day processing matters pertaining to Singapore employment, dependent passes which includes the entry approval applications and immigration related compliance matters etc
  • Handle (written and verbal) queries or request for information from assignee
  • Draft replies queries from clients, or requests for advice from Deloitte global network
  • Work collaboratively with other team members globally to address immigration queries
  • Maintain several client worksheets to ensure up to date employee records
  • Be in charge of monitoring and assigning immigration-related queries to the relevant team members in a Salesforce system
  • Ensure that these queries are first touched within Service Level Agreements (SLA)
  • Check and verify Right-To-Work (RTW) documents across APAC countries
  • Work collaboratively with other team members globally to address immigration queries
  • Maintain several client worksheets to ensure up to date employee records
  • Assist in the allocation of inbound immigration cases to team members
  • Generate and prepare monthly and ad hoc reports
  • Include the handling of various administrative tasks relating to the management of client programs, including updating of a case management tool, drafting of bills, etc
  • Monitor a shared mailbox
  • Collate and record government transaction receipts for billing purposes.
  • Understand the expectations set and demonstrates personal accountability for keeping own performance on track.
  • Understand how our daily work contributes to the priorities of the team and the business.

Requirements

  • Graduate of Accountancy / Business / Finance. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills
  • Good problem solving skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team.
  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A proactive attitude coupled with energy, motivation and enthusiasm.
  • Strong attention to detail and thoroughness in following systems and procedures.
