Your role

Deloitte Philippines is welcoming newly graduates for the Organization Transformation Analyst role in Taguig, Metro Manila.

In the role of Organization Transformation, you will manage change within intricate organizational structures. This includes crafting change management strategies, pinpointing and mitigating change-related risks and issues, and collaborating effectively with project, program, and business leadership.

Some key responsibilities include:

  • Gathering and analyzing information, formulate and test hypotheses 
  • Being involved in discussions and working closely with Project Manager in developing recommendations for presentation to client management
  • Implementing recommendations with project and client team members 
  • Providing support to clients to deliver organizational and change initiatives
  • Supporting and/or facilitating client workshops
  • Assisting in financial administration of engagements such as budgets, billing, and collections

You also must have the following requirements:

  • Degree in Human Resource Management / Psychology / Sociology or equivalent. A Masters in HRM would be an added advantage
  • Demonstrates good knowledge of change management methodologies will be an advantage.
  • Outstanding problem-solving skills, including the ability to analyses complex issues, develop hypotheses and recommend solutions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (in English).
  • Team player, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
