Your role & responsibilities

The Branch Operations Analyst is responsible for ensuring timely, complete, and accurate processing of relevant information, including performing all relevant controls within its area of responsibility. They undertake time-critical, complex, or regulated tasks and must ensure the timely escalation of operational, regulatory, and other risks to the line manager and functional leads as appropriate.

Responsibilities:

• Handle the department's regulatory reporting requirement.
• Perform static data maintenance and customer pricing set-up.
• Handle high-risk media (HRM) verification.
• Review of documents submitted as part of regulatory requirements to support. purchase of foreign currency/processing of payments.
• Handles inquiries received from the front/middle office.

About you

• Bachelor's Degree in either Math, Finance, Economics, Accountancy, Business Administration, or its equivalent preferably with experience in the banking industry.
• You will also need to possess excellent communication skills and the ability to confidently interact with a diverse set of stakeholders.
• Proficiency in MS applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) is needed.
• Open to fresh graduates.
