Your role & responsibilities
Support the coverage team concerning relationship management, KYC and client adoption matters (e.g. coordinating with clients on documentation follow-ups and KYC completion), and other related tasks.
Helps manage the day-to-day activities and requirements of corporate banking clients. Tasks include taking calls, scheduling calls/meetings, coordinating with back office/product teams on client requests about transaction banking (cash management and trade finance) transactions, providing rate quotations, and issue resolution.
Supports corporate finance, capital markets, FIC, and transaction banking partners concerning coordinating client-related documentation such as Facility Offer Letters, Non-Disclosure Agreements, etc. with credit, Legal, and the client.
Provides junior support in corporate finance, capital markets, and FX deal-related activities (i.e. call reports, deal logging, pitch book creation, transaction execution, etc.).

About you
Bachelor's Degree in either Math, Finance, Economics, Accountancy, Business, or a related discipline, while further professional qualification or study e.g. CFA or Master’s Degree will be an advantage.
Working knowledge of Banking, Financing, FX, and Transaction Banking products/solutions is a plus but not a requirement.
1 to 2 years prior experience in banking or relationship management, as well as dealing with customers is ideal.
Team player with good interpersonal skills (e.g. ability to be client-facing). Strong organizational skills, self-starter who can work independently, and strong interest in banking and banking products.
Strong competencies in presentation skills, problem resolution, and detail intensiveness; excellent communication skills and ability to confidently interact with a diverse set of stakeholders.
Demonstrate high potential, keen interest, strong motivation, diligence, and discipline.
Open to candidates who are fresh graduates.
