Your role

This role entails contributing to marketing and communication strategies for Disney in the Philippines, with a focus on supporting local Disney+ campaigns and ideating creative title campaigns. Responsibilities include collaborating across business lines, leveraging consumer insights, and working closely with marketing leads and the Regional Creative Head to ensure effective campaign execution.

Your responsibilities in this role will involve:

Philippines Marketing Title Campaigns

  • Support creative ideation for the campaign
  • Develop localized assets
  • Manage the localized assets and distribution to key stakeholders
  • Analyse the result of the campaign based on the localized campaign and share it with markets as a best practice

Overall

  • Actively participate and support brainstorming sessions, business reviews and campaign reviews
  • Think creatively to produce new concepts/ideas, while working with available assets
  • Liaise with different lines of business and learn synergy for marketing campaigns

About you

Internship Requirements:

  • Currently an undergraduate pursuing a bachelor's degree
  • Still an undergraduate and not yet graduated during the internship period
  • Must be available for full-time internship commitment (Monday to Friday, 9 am-6 pm) between July to December 2024

To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following requirements:

  • Currently an undergraduate pursuing a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Design, or a related field
  • Knowledge or interest in Digital Marketing and/or Visual Merchandising is a plus
  • Interest or fan mentality for Disney, Pixar, Star Wars and Marvel
  • Highly self-motivated and meticulous with a strong passion for retail and marketing
  • Ability to adapt quickly to a constantly evolving organization, and to thrive in a fast-paced working environment
  • Strong team player; possesses good interpersonal skills with a high level of enthusiasm in collaborating in cross-functional teams
  • Adopts a challenging and questioning approach, proposing information and solutions in creative ways
  • Passionate team player with a never-ending curiosity
  • Self-starter who needs minimal supervision in motivating himself/herself, always looking for opportunities to contribute to our campaigns and overall projects.
