Your role

  • Providing specialized sourcing expertise for technical and niche profiles.
  • Proactively source passive candidates through online databases, social medial sites, Boolean searches, user groups, referrals, and cold calling for current and future openings.
  • Building pipeline, and maintaining talent pools of suitably qualified candidates based on business demands and nurturing candidates for future openings.
  • Direct and proactive outreach to passive talent.
  • Prequalify potential candidates to determine qualifications by profiling against the fit for openings.
  • Works closely with members of Talent Acquisition and Hiring Managers to understand requirements for the role, the function, and how it aligns with the success of the organization by attending intake sessions for new roles.
  • Partner with members of the Talent Acquisition team to create in-depth recruiting strategies and campaigns for niche positions.
  • Presents candidates to Talent Acquisition Recruiters that have been identified for current and future openings.
  • Maintain the integrity of the ATS by updating candidate profiles in the system including notes and correspondence
  • Assist with an interview set up and onsite interviews when needed.
  • Participate in ongoing department projects as needed.
