Your Role 

• Managing IT assets
• Manage IT tickets (Incidents, service requests, changes, etc.)
• Provide technical support
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
• Monitor network performance – Monitor server performance
• Monitor security events

About You

To apply for this role, you need to have the following eligibility criteria:

• Has good communication skills
• Can report onsite daily (FLT, BGC and SFS, Ortigas)
• Willing to manage IT assets (delivery, retrieval, deployment, etc. Going up and down the building)
• Punctual – Willing to start ASAP
