People are friendly, being mentored well and guidlines in the office is very strict. But since the role is more on individual contribution you need to perform well.

We have a culture that is collaborative and engaging. Our employees work well together and cross-functionally to accomplish their goals. We have a team that is dedicated to prepare events on top of the departmental level activities. Of course, for the past year, we had to be more creative about this as everything is transitioned to remote work. Overall, I can personally vouch that Eclaro provides a positive environment for employees which is one of the major reasons why we have a low attrition rate of about 7%.
