Your role

As a Social Media Intern, you have the following responsibilities:

• Immerse yourself in the brand voice and messaging to ensure consistent and engaging communication across all platforms (Connect, communities, social media).
• Sparking conversations: Be the voice on social media, replying to comments and posts in a timely and engaging manner.
• Data-driven engagement: Craft compelling content and utilize UTM links to track performance and optimize engagement strategies.
• Video mastermind: Assist with brainstorming creative video concepts and see them through to execution, ensuring high-quality content for the audience.
• Giveaway guru: Help manage exciting giveaways, from contacting winners to creating a seamless experience for participants.
• Viber whisperer: Craft captivating captions and schedule engaging content for our Viber community.
• PR & Influencer Powerhouse: Lend a hand with PR and KOL (Key Opinion Leader) activations, further amplifying the brand reach.
