Recruitment Associate null

The Recruitment Associate will be responsible for being the gatekeeper of the organization. This role will take charge of hiring qualified candidates while maintaining a positive candidate experience.

What the role will do:

• Review resumes and applications to ensure all relevant information is included and uploaded into the ATS
• Interview candidates to assess qualifications and experience, as well as to determine cultural fit
• Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure they are aware of next steps in the hiring process
• Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule interviews with candidates
• Prepare reports about candidates’ qualifications and interview performance for managers’ review
• Preparing offers for candidates who have been selected for hire
• Create job postings on company websites and other online job boards to attract candidates who meet specific qualifications
• Assist in creating content on social media platforms to further enhance candidates to apply
• Follow up with candidates who have applied but have not been selected for an interview to determine their interest in the position
• Secure the necessary pre-employment requirements and assist successful candidates with the onboarding process
