The objective is to help Edge Tutor Online in the local and international market by increasing enrollment through close follow-up of leads.
Follow up on leads through email, chat reminders, and calls.
- Assist customers in technical walkthroughs of the classroom software before a free trial
- Create classrooms for a free trial
- Arrange lessons after payment
- Contacting selected tutors for new enrollees
- Handle customer questions, inquiries, and complaints sent via WeChat
- Build and maintain a customer management database
- Collate data from 3 different channel sources to update the workforce team on free trial classes
- Edit sales materials in Canva
- Cut and edit sample classes and video intro of teachers to send to potential customers
- Excellent English Communication Skills (Verbal and Written)
