Your role
- Conduct SMS User Account administration by creating SMS user accounts and identifying the appropriate privileges required
- Conduct troubleshooting and resolve SMS related-issues.
- Raise SMS-related issues to the SMS development team and IT.
- Maintain ownership of the issue until the issue is resolved
- Responsible for writing and executing SMS test plans in the Production environment.
- Building queries and reports for users in SMS
- Create and conduct SMS/Guardian training presentations
- Perform investigation and escalation of Guardian website availability issues
- Monitoring of all jobs and services required to deliver Guardian features such as KBA Matching, Auto-mailer service, SHM Service, Registration process, Chat, Replication, etc.
- Investigate and resolve Guardian production issues
- Perform Guardian/SMS release readiness-related activities including the creation of Powerpoint slides and presentation of new features
- Note taking and follow-up on actions from meetings
- Perform other tasks as directed by the SMS Program Manager and Guardian Production Manager

About you
- Graduate of BS/MS in Engineering or Computer Science
- Knowledge of Relational database (preferably Microsoft SQL Server)
- Knowledge of SQL queries
- Experience in Power BI is an advantage
- Excellent English language communication skills both oral and written
- Good customer management skills
- Flexibility to work in a cross-cultural team
- Willing to work in night shift
