- Job Description (KRA, KPI, Targets, etc.)
- OE Direction and Plans, Weekly Report
- OE Training:
- ISO Awareness Training
- TQM Awareness Training
- Gemba Walkthrough
- Go-See Think Do (Process, Template & Registry) Training
- Lean Six Sigma Tools (Pareto, SIPOC, Target Setting, DMAIC, Etc.) - optional.
- Audit Processing:
- Hub Standardization Audit
- Process & Procedure Audit
- Time and Motion Study
