Receives visitors and guests and properly directs them to the person in charge of resolving the concerns
Plans and schedules meetings and takes detailed minutes
Acts as document controller by properly and timely receiving, dispatching and tracking documents
Monitors office supplies and equipment and raise Purchase Request in a timely manner to avoid unavailability and/or shortages of supplies
Develops and maintains a filing system
Receives and acknowledges the complaints from tenants/customers and relays them to the concerned personnel upon receipt
Receives 3rd party billings and prepares Request for payment for its completeness and transmission accordingly to head office
Prepares request for payments for completed work as endorsed by Building Engineers
Assists the HR department in timekeeping and coordination of HR-Related concerns of personnel
Assist the Accounting and Finance Department on the release of SOAs to the tenants and follow-ups on payments
Conducts semi-annual customer satisfaction survey
Carrying out administrative duties such as incoming/outgoing operation documentation endorsement and filing, administrative office customers, tenants and visitors and telephone reception
Maintains the office in a clean and orderly manner
Performs all other tasks that may be assigned from time to time
