Your role

• Coordinates with the Recruitment and L&D team in supporting the onboarding process for both campus and experienced hires into the service line.
• Required to coordinate with multiple stakeholders for any competency assistance needed.
• Provide support to the business thru reports generation and numbers analysis.
• Identify over and under-utilized personnel, and be proactive in identifying additional resources to bring utilization in line with their peers.
• Mapping of resources to their appropriate code blocks and aligning correctly as needed.
• Creation of mirror code as requested by the competency leads.

About you

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 1-2 years of experience.
• Open to fresh graduates.
• Strong analytical skills - detail-oriented.
• Proficient in Microsoft applications (MS Excel skill is a must).
• Very strong communication skills, both oral and written.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Proficient in negotiation skills and conflict management.
• Strong client service focus - responsive to requests and maintains a sense of urgency in resolving issues.
• Flexible in adapting to constantly changing priorities.
