Your role & responsibilities

• Demonstrate a basic understanding of handling operation/support activities.
• Build knowledge about the service line, teams, tasks, and key stakeholders.
• Develop relationships with key stakeholders.
• Daily training related to logistics handling, maintaining, and providing data required to teams as per set frequencies.
• Develop an understanding of various reporting requirements and prepare the same.
• Issue handling and appropriate escalation promptly.

About you

• 0-1 year of work experience in operations or administrative functions.
• Strong interpersonal and good written & oral communication skills.
• Robust logical and reasoning skills.
• Team player, with the ability to multi-task, flexible, and can work under pressure.
• Attention to detail and result oriented.
